We're looking for a User Acceptance Test Lead to oversee business testing for a flagship delivery programme. You'll work closely with end users and SMEs to shape and run structured, traceable UAT cycles that deliver certainty ahead of release.
What You'll Be Doing
Create UAT scenarios and scripts aligned to business needs and mapped clearly to requirements
Coordinate UAT timelines and execution with non-technical stakeholders, business users and QA teams
Manage issue triage during UAT and live proving sessions - logging, tracking, and supporting swift resolution
Ensure test evidence is recorded for audit and compliance, including defect logs and sign-off documentation
Lead daily progress updates and readiness discussions during test windows
Own the validation process across UAT and live environments, ensuring end-user journeys are confidently proven
What You'll Bring
Strong background in UAT delivery within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Ability to guide users through testing with empathy, structure, and a focus on outcomes
Skilled in transforming informal feedback into clear defects and actionable insights
Committed to producing clean, traceable documentation and confidence in final sign-off
Comfortable managing multiple test cycles across business functions or release phases
Tooling & Environment
Must-Have Tools: Jira, qTest, Xray, Allure, Confluence
Nice-to-Have Experience: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Git, Gradle
Bonus: Familiarity with Selenium or NeoLoad
BPSS clearance required
