The Role
We’re looking for a Software Developer who thrives on modernising legacy systems and making them future-ready. You’ll be diving deep into their platform, helping them refactor, rebuild and integrate them into a modern cloud-native Azure platform. 

This is a hands-on role where your work won’t just improve code—it’ll improve the way care/medicine is delivered.

What You’ll Do

  • Refactor, modernise, and maintain legacy VB.NET and C# codebases
  • Migrate monolithic apps to scalable solutions using .NET Core and Azure services
  • Collaborate closely with our AI, DevOps, and healthcare integration teams
  • Solve real-world technical challenges in complex, regulated healthcare environments
  • Help ensure systems are secure, performant, and easy to maintain

What You’ll Bring

  • Solid experience working with VB.NET, C#, and .NET Framework / .NET Core
  • Experience working in cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure
  • Confidence working with legacy systems and improving code quality over time
  • A keen eye for detail and a practical approach to system modernisation
  • Bonus: Any healthcare tech experience (EMRs, HL7, FHIR, etc.) or knowledge of compliance frameworks like HIPAA or GDPR
