We're searching for a Lead Data Engineer/Scientist to take on a pivotal leadership and technical role, helping shape and deliver cutting-edge AI and data solutions.
This role is all about balance: deep technical know-how with strategic leadership. You’ll lead engineering efforts, shape data architecture, mentor multi-disciplinary teams, and stay ahead of emerging AI trends – particularly in the LLM and generative AI space.

What we’re looking for:
•    Exceptional Python engineering skills
•    Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, or NLP
•    Proven track record of technical team leadership and delivery ownership
•    Passion for AI innovation and solving real-world challenges through data

You’ll be joining a remote-first, high-impact team where autonomy and technical excellence are the norm. The business is growing fast and looking for someone ready to lead from the front - both technically and strategically.
