With a high-performing team of 5 already driving success on the perm side, we're now building out our Contract Division — and we’re looking for a proven Technology Recruitment Consultant who’s ready to own it.

The Opportunity


This is your chance to:
•    Own and scale our contract recruitment offering across IT, Tech, and Data.
•    Work directly with the Founder & leaders to help shape, grow, and lead a team around you.
•    Leverage existing frameworks, tools, and warm client relationships to build momentum fast.
•    Train and mentor new hires as we continue to scale – playing a pivotal leadership role.
•    Be part of something early, exciting, and high-impact – while being backed by experience, infrastructure, and investment.

What You'll Be Doing
•    Building and developing your contract desk across key verticals (Cloud, Software, Data, etc.)
•    Winning new business and expanding existing client accounts through high-quality delivery and commercial acumen.
•    Acting as a subject matter expert and trusted partner to clients and contractors alike.
•    SME on IR35 and contract solution selling
•    Familiarity of SoW / Statement of Work.
•    Spearheading growth of the contract division – helping hire, train, and lead future consultants.
•    Partnering with our founder and senior team to develop strategies, refine operations, and ensure we're always improving.

You Should Apply If You:
•    Have 2+ years' experience recruiting in the Contract Tech / Data / IT space.
•    Have a track record of high performance and know how to build a desk (and a team) from the ground up.
•    Are entrepreneurial, strategic, and hands-on – not just a doer, but a builder.
