- Strong technical background in Java, with experience in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Your career will have evolved from being a Backend Software Engineer to now being the go-to person for technical leadership, bringing that knowledge and hands-on expertise with you.
- Familiarity with delivering mission-critical, high-volume, near real-time systems for financial services clients.
- Strong professional communication skills, capable of representing engineering teams to clients.
