Dcoded launches Dcoded.365, expanding its specialist recruitment capability!

We Are Dcoded has launched Dcoded.365, a dedicated recruitment division led by Director Liam Hughes, strengthening our ability to support clients across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider ERP and CRM market.

The new division covers Finance & Operations (F&O), Business Central (BC), NAV, Power Platform and CRM, complementing Dcoded’s established expertise in Data, AI and Software recruitment.

For our clients, these capabilities are closely connected. ERP and CRM platforms underpin business operations, generate valuable data and increasingly support automation and AI adoption.
